Colours:
We do our best to display the accuracy of the product's colours, but we don't take any guarantee of the actual colour on the product as it may appear differently to what you see on the screen
Wash Care:
Follow the wash care on the garment and the product should generally last long and only go through normal wear and tear.
If the product ‘significantly’ changes form as a result of first wash (or first dry-clean) as recommended in care instructions, then you may reach out to us through email with description of what happened and pictures of the garment. At our discretion we may replace garments for free or at reduced cost.
We reserve the the right to go through complete due diligence of this defect to ascertain the root cause of the problem

Processing the order normally takes 1-2 working days and then Shipping normally takes 4-5 working days. There may be unforeseen delays in either of two processings times (processing of order or Shipping). If there are delays and you may wish to cancel the order, then we will refund the full (or partial) amount depending on the state of the order.
We may charge a cancellation fee from time to time at our sole discretion. The refunded amount will be net of the cancellation fee.
