  • What is your return policy?

At Mili, we adhere to the best quality standards and strive to make every transaction as smooth as possible. However, if your are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return the product within 15 days from the date of delivery. Please ensure that the package should have the price tags, labels intact. We will refund the exact amount that was paid at the time of purchase.

  • Can I change, cancel or modify my order?

You may cancel/modify an order before it is shipped. Orders once shipped cannot be cancelled or modified

Once the returned product has undergone a satisfactory quality check by our team, the refund will be made to you in the same mode through which the original payment was made within 7-10 working days.

  • Where do you ship? Is there a shipping fee?

We ship pan-India. The prices on each product are inclusive of GST charges. Shipping on all domestic orders over Rs.2500 is free. Any order below that will be charged.

  • When will I receive my order?

We will ship within 48 working hours of the order confirmation. 

  • What are the different payment options?

We accept only online payments through all cards, net banking, UPI and wallets like Paytm, PhonePe Etc. We do not offer Cash on Delivery.

  • What if an item I like is out of stock?

We try our very best to keep all products in stock. However, there may be times when unexpected demands exceed our supply. Kindly write to us at support@ilovemili.com to find out if a product will be back in stock or not.

  • Do you have a Retail store?

We do not have a retail store. We only operate online through our website - ilovemili.com.
